Go the extra mile. It's never crowded
As the pounds started coming off and I started to actually enjoy fitness, many of those around me came to me asking how I did it.  They began gushing to me about how great their latest workout was or how I've inspired them to get up and get moving, even just a little. I thought if I'm affecting all these people just in my small circle of family and friends, who else could I help?

The purpose of this blog is not only to keep track of my health goals and hold myself accountable for their fruition, but mostly to show that it is possible for a (for all intents and purposes) normal woman to take control of her health and become the strongest possible version of herself.  If I can do it, anyone can if they push themselves the extra mile.
